1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders received Monday–Friday are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days will enter the same-day processing queue. Orders received after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Holidays & Weekends: Processing is paused on weekends and major U.S. holidays; your order will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

- Shipped via USPS First-Class or UPS Ground
- Delivery within 5–7 business days in the USA and Canada
- Tracking number included at no extra cost

Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee):
- Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air
- Delivery within 2–3 business days in the USA
- Please select at checkout; rates are calculated based on weight and destination
- Tracking number always provided
3. International Shipping
- Current Availability: We currently ship to addresses in the USA and Canada only.
- Customs & Duties: For Canadian orders, any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Miracle Lab is not liable for these charges.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders, automatically applied at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping Rates are calculated during checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
- You can also log into your account on miraclelab.com to view real-time order status and tracking details.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:

- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Shipping Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We may be able to intercept and reroute before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.
