3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Prices are as listed on the site at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment methods accepted include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit/debit cards. We do not store your full payment details.
  • Your order confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from our U.S. warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery estimates vary by destination but generally arrive within 5–7 business days in the USA and Canada.
  • Tracking numbers are provided with every order. It is your responsibility to track shipments and coordinate with carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 14 business days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receipt and inspection.

6. Product Use & Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for research, veterinary, and industrial purposes. They are not for human consumption.
  • You must consult qualified professionals (veterinarians, laboratory supervisors, etc.) before use.
  • Miracle Lab disclaims liability for improper use, storage, or handling of products.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Miracle Lab or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
